KBL Corp was the builder and also is currently the owner/landlord of this early Child Care Learning/Development Center. We worked hand in hand with the Goddard School licensed contractors, suppliers and vendors for all specific materials and job demands. Our tenants are the franchisees of the company and were an integral part of getting the design and build phases completed.

Corporate Park - KBL Corp was the builder and also currently the owner/landlord of the retail / office park complex. Located on the south side of Route 9 in the heart of Wappingers Falls, NY.
