FIRST PLACE WINNER!!! Congratulations to Team Bobojo, winner of the 2026 Keli Wagner Lady Angler Tournament (KWLA), which took place off the North Carolina coast last weekend.

The Bobojo crew (fishing aboard a 61-foot Ritchie Howell) won the Level III Billfish Release Division with a winning score of 1,725 points after successfully catching and releasing 4 blue marlin and 1 sailfish.

It looks bad now… but we’ve seen worse, and we know how to fix it. After striking an object in the water, this vessel suffered major rudder damage and hull impact issues. Our team is already at work restoring everything back to proper condition so this boat can get back where it belongs. Occasionally, bad things happen. And when they do, we’re here to help.

Yesterday in the shop, we began cutting rudder blades from sheet metal using our CNC machine. It’s a small moment in the overall build, but one that speaks volumes about the process. Every curve, every edge, every dimension is engineered for performance, durability, and balance in the water.

Our favorite part of building custom sportfishers is seeing the requests of our owners come to life. Last week, we began building an Eucalyptus table that will be installed in the new Remy M. The first picture is of the raw wood and the second is what it looks like with the first coat of finish being applied.
