This past weekend, M Square Construction had the opportunity to team up with Modern Collar Property Improvement to repair a damaged loading dock railing behind Hy-Vee in Manhattan.

After straightening the bent railing, fabricating and welding a new section, and giving it a fresh coat of paint, it's back in service and ready to get back to work.

M Squared Construction just wrapped up a 40’ x 20’ modular portable stage for Colombian Theatre.
Built from 23 low-profile platforms with 2×8 framing and plywood decking, this stage was designed for strength, easy assembly, and long-term use. It includes a wheelchair ramp, built-in wire trenches with hinged tops, custom trim and stain finish, and floor leveling adjustment for a solid foundation.
