Finished another large project for a happy client. Installed a new 1,400 foot driveway through the woods that took us clearing over 70 large trees and stumps and over 1,300 yards of quarry rubbish, 330 yards of crusher run, a 8 foot diameter culvert and 8 loads of 18 inch shot rock for headwalls. Just finished a subgrade job for a client. Striped off the first 18 inches of topsoil and piled for a screening plant to come in. Then cut a pad for the client to store materials and shoved two large piles of subgrade gravel into place. Another one in the books, had a newer house installed by a housing contractor that left the bank only a couple feet off the deck, moved the bank back 8 feet and installed drainage and #2 stone. Then cut some drainage ditches in woods above the property.
