Project Update 🚧

Exciting progress at Babson College’s future Executive Lodge and Conference Center.

TG Gallagher has successfully installed underground piping that has been stubbed up through the floor of the garden level, has begun installing bang-its and hangers on the upper levels, and will soon start installing piping.

A huge shout-out to our team on this project for the work that has been put in so far!

Last week’s Town Hall brought our teams together to welcome new hires, celebrate project milestones, and look ahead to what’s next.

We’re proud of the work we’re doing, and even prouder of the people behind it. Thanks to our team for your continued dedication! 🙌

At TG Gallagher, safety isn’t a buzzword; it’s the key to our culture and a successful project outcome.

As part of Safety Week, we met with three members of our safety team, Darren Desena, Joe Scatterday, and Ross Riendeau, to talk about what safety means to them at TG Gallagher. They shared what they’ve learned about safety in the construction industry and what they appreciate most about TGG’s strong safety culture.

Thank you to Darren, Joe, Ross, and our entire team for your continued commitment to keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Safety Tip 🚧

Cuts and lacerations are preventable when hazards are identified early, and tasks are done with intention. Always take a moment to identify any "sharps" in your work area, secure materials before cutting, cut away from your body, and store sharp tools properly to protect yourself and your coworkers. Small habits make a big difference on the job.

This Wednesday, we wrapped up our Spring Co-op program with a round of final presentations from our talented co-ops! 🌟

Each co-op shared what they learned throughout their time here, discussed key takeaways, highlighted a few of their favorite projects, and provided thoughtful feedback to help strengthen the co-op program.

Thank you to our Spring Co-Ops for your hard work, insight, and enthusiasm. We’re proud of all you accomplished and excited to see what’s next for you!

TG Gallagher recently provided mechanical upgrades to Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Gutman Library by replacing the old centrifugal chiller and gas-fired boilers with a new WaterFurnace modular chiller and high-efficiency Aerco boilers. The project included a heat-recovery system that reuses waste heat to warm the building, reducing boiler run time. Tight access, heavy rigging, and seasonal deadlines added challenges, but prefab piping and coordinated weekend work kept the project on track.
