Here, we’re applying closed cell spray foam at about 3 inches, ensuring an R-21 insulation value. For moisture management, we’ve installed dimple boards on the walls, directing any moisture to our French drain. These are the small details, often invisible, that prevent future problems and ensure a comfortable, long-lasting space.
