This 5 story building includes 44 affordable rental units and community space. So great to see the finished result.

Our project team welcomed future residents for a special tour of Our Lady of La Salette Retirement Home in Attleboro, while also hosting an appreciation luncheon for the subcontractors working tirelessly to bring this project to life.

With construction activities temporarily on hold for the occasion, it was a great day to bring everyone together and celebrate the people who are making this project possible.

We’re getting closer to having the building fully weather-tight, with windows and the fire suppression system up next. The project continues to stay on schedule, and it’s great to see how much progress the team is making each week.

The view is getting better every week at our 110 Ocean Ave project in Revere!

In partnership with The Neighborhood Developers and Model of Architecture Serving Society, our team is making great progress currently pouring concrete for the foundations and first-floor walls, with the post-tension concrete decks set to begin next month.

🚴‍♂️ Our VP of Operations, Matt Grosshandler, is riding in his 19th Pan-Mass Challenge — once again joining forces with teamperrypmc!

“Like many of you, I’ve experienced the heartbreaking loss of loved ones to cancer. I ride in memory of my father, Hal, my grandfathers Bernard Potrop and Les Grosshandler, and my cousin Bob Stone. Their lives inspire me to keep pedaling toward progress. The PMC gives me hope — knowing that every mile supports lifesaving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.”

Construction continues at Talbot Commons II!

The FIFA World Cup has brought plenty of excitement to Foxborough this summer—and with our office just down the road from the stadium, it’s hard not to get caught up in it!

From watching matches together in the office to cheering from the stands, our crew has been making the most of the action. We build buildings by day and game plans to avoid Route 1 traffic by night. 😅
