Project tanbark finally hits a milestone. Superior walls are in, top deck and concrete floors are done. Just a shear wall and she is locked in. I really like the layout and will have tons of open space in the great room and in the basement. A nice place to call home after a day in the lake

Project Ballek has been completed for a few months. Half to reflect on day 1 of meeting some great customers to a toast with them on the final day. Very proud of the project in so many ways. We battled through a brutal winter, budgeting, retirements, new team members and during that whole time creating new “processes” to always refine how we provide our product.

Big shout out to our subs who always stood up to the task. Our PM team was constantly working with schedules, customer finish choices, changes along the way. We are definitely better after the project has completed. Always have to remember we re building some e a home , not a house.

Thanks to Ryan Welty for a beautiful designed house and for the final touches outside.
