There’s a lot of hard work that goes into building TCI equipment, and our assembly team plays a critical role in bringing it all together.

Another TCI Manufacturing Portable Wash Plant taking shape on our factory floor.

This plant will combine a TCI Fine Material Washer with a customer-selected 3-deck horizontal screen — all built into a portable system designed around their operation.

Still in fabrication, but this is where the pieces start coming together. From screening to washing to material flow, the entire plant is being built as one system for the job it needs to do.

Something BIG is taking shape at TCI Manufacturing.

This NEW TCI Genesis PTSC XL is currently in fabrication — and it’s the largest portable high-frequency screening plant we manufacture.

At the heart of this plant is a massive **6' x 24' high-frequency screen**, designed for high-capacity fine material separation.

The PTSC XL puts serious screening capacity into a portable configuration, giving aggregate producers the ability to move the plant as operations and jobsite requirements change.

Our high-frequency screens operate at up to 3,600 RPM directly at the screen media, helping efficiently remove fines while maintaining production. Variable frequency control and our tool-free ratchet screen tensioning system also make adjustments and screen media changes easier in the field.

It’s impressive in the photos — and even more impressive standing next to it on the shop floor.

Monday morning at TCI Manufacturing and our shipping team is already busy loading trucks.

Check out this video clip of one BIG piece of a much larger primary dump hopper project being loaded using our overhead cranes.

There’s a lot that goes into getting equipment of this size built, coordinated, loaded and headed to the job site. Great work by our production and shipping teams getting another project moving out the door.

We’re hiring at TCI Manufacturing in Walnut, Illinois!

We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working directly with our production and engineering teams throughout fabrication and assembly. The focus is simple: catch issues early and make sure the equipment we build is right before it leaves our facility.

The position includes:

*Inspecting equipment throughout fabrication and assembly
*Verifying dimensions, components, fit-up and workmanship
*Reviewing drawings and specifications
*Completing final equipment inspections
*Working with production and engineering to identify and correct issues
*Documenting inspections and helping prevent repeat problems

We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience around manufacturing, fabrication, equipment assembly, service, or quality control.
