That's why every Over the Highway Conveyor we build is custom engineered for the specific operation. Clearance requirements, span length, material characteristics, capacity, and site layout all play a role in the design.

Our team has built many of these systems over the years, each one designed around the customer's unique needs and built to provide reliable material flow for years to come.

When the application isn't standard, the solution shouldn't be either.

This surge bin is nearing the end of fabrication and is another example of the custom projects taking shape in our Walnut facility. Every plate, weld, and assembly step represents the work of our engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams working together to build equipment designed for years of reliable service.

TCI Manufacturing is in Nashville for Inland Marine Expo 2026 — Booth #325.

The show opens this evening at the Music City Center and runs through Friday at noon.

For over 25 years, TCI has designed and built equipment for inland marine and bulk material handling applications — including floating conveyors, dredge systems, and barge loading/unloading systems built to handle demanding conditions.

Friday afternoon inside the TCI Manufacturing shop during fabrication of a massive new structure currently moving through production. Projects like this help showcase the scale and capabilities of what we build, but the real strength behind every TCI project is our people.

Every department plays a role in bringing these custom-built systems to life. It takes communication, precision, experience, and pride in the work to move projects of this size through the shop and out to customers across the country.

Good morning from Walnut, Illinois.

A look from above at the TCI Manufacturing facility late last week — and it’s been moving in every direction. Trucks loading, fabrication underway, projects in assembly, parts moving, and another busy week ahead for our team.

What you see here is more than buildings and equipment. It’s engineering, fabrication, logistics, support, and a lot of people working together to keep customer operations moving across the country.

25+ years later, we’re still proud to call Walnut home.
