Upper Level Construction Upper Level Construction is a general construction company. We do anything from roofing and additions to windows and siding. We also can do green-site building.

We are located in Walnut but travel all over the Bureau County/central Illinois Area. If you get your construction project done by Upper Level you are guaranteed that the work is done in a safe, efficient and professional manner. Not only does Jake (Owner) provide the estimates and bids he is on the job site every single day working right alongside with the crew ensuring quality.

According to State Climatologist, Jim Angel, this has been the wettest June in state history, with records going back as far as 1895. We appreciate all of our customers and thank you for your patience as things dry out and your projects get wrapped up. We look forward to finalizing your projects so you can enjoy them! Work in progress: "couple's cave" to coin a phrase from a friend, also known as a master suite. Paint color is "feather cactus." Ceiling will be authentic barnwood planks with white beams. Bead board will line the bottom of the walls.
