🏘️ Project Throwback: Portola in Irvine, CA.

Next Phase Construction, Inc. is proud to show our Orange County experience, especially in Irvine. We would like to highlight Anton Portola, one of our past projects in the Irvine Ranch area. This 256-unit affordable housing community features twelve 3-story Type V buildings with amenities like park areas, a clubhouse and pool/spa.

Progress continues at Green Tree Apartments in Vacaville! 🌳

Our Next Phase Construction, Inc. team is still hard at work on sitework for this 240-unit market-rate multifamily community. Underground utilities are moving forward across the site. When complete, the roughly 10-acre community will feature 11 three-story residential buildings plus a full amenity package: clubhouse, pool, fitness center, playground, dog run and dog spa, detached carports, leasing office, mail and parcel rooms, and bike storage.

We’re proud to keep growing our footprint in Northern California and to help bring new housing to Vacaville.

Last Wednesday, we took a lunch break at Monarch Hillside in San Diego and fed the crews building it. 🌮

249 units, five residential buildings and a leasing office, and none of it happens without our trade partners showing up every day. The entire Next Phase Construction, Inc. team gives a big thanks to every sub on site. We appreciate you.

📸 Showing a past project from the Next Phase Construction, Inc. portfolio that highlights our affordable housing experience in Sacramento: 4995 Stockton Blvd.

It's 200 affordable units, and more than three-quarters of them are two- and three-bedroom homes. The buildings are two to four stories around a central green with playgrounds, and there's a common area kitchen and terrace for residents.

This project shows what our team does well: We handled a mix of building types on one site, with garden-style walk-ups next to a four-story elevator building over a podium.

🚧 Sitework is ongoing in Ventura! 🚧

Excited to post and see the progress on Victoria Flats. This is a 104-unit affordable housing project on a 13.75-acre site.

It includes four stories of Type V-A wood-frame construction with a mix of stacked flats ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a lobby, leasing office, and a community room.

📣 We have officially broken ground! 📣

Next Phase Construction, Inc. has kicked off construction on another new Bay Area multifamily project.

The Foundry is a 260-unit market-rate wrap apartment community located on a 2.77-acre site in Alameda, California, and is the final phase of the Alameda Marina master plan. The five-story Type III residential building wraps around a five-story Type I parking garage, with a clubhouse located on top of the parking structure. Amenities include a dog wash, large interior courtyard with pool and spa, fire pits and lounge seating, podcast studio, co-working spaces, fitness center, and an amenity deck.
