Another milestone at Green Tree Apartments in Vacaville!

The work is moving steadily forward on this 240-unit market-rate multifamily community, and we’re excited to see the site infrastructure taking shape.

Our team has now completed the sanitary sewer installation and is currently working through the next phase of underground utilities, including storm drain, domestic water, and fire water.

Set on approximately 10 acres, Green Tree will ultimately include 11 three-story residential buildings along with a clubhouse, pool, detached carports, playground, dog run and dog spa, fitness center, leasing office, mail and parcel rooms, and bike storage.

For us, these early site milestones are an important part of building momentum toward the vertical construction ahead. We’re proud to be expanding our presence in Northern California and contributing to the continued growth of housing in Vacaville.

🚧 Construction is ongoing in San Diego. 🚧 Check out the 1,800 linear feet of geogrid retaining wall!

Palm & Hollister is a 198-unit multifamily community currently under construction by Next Phase Construction, Inc. in the City of San Diego, just inland from Imperial Beach.

The apartment includes 13 three-story Type V buildings and amenities, such as a pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, turf zones, playgrounds, and landscaped courtyards.

We are excited to work with a great team to help bring more housing to the region 👏

Drone shots are the best! 🙌 Check out a few photos of the construction progress out at the West Harbor Park Apartments in Vallejo, CA. 👷‍♂️ Next Phase Construction, Inc. is building a 122-unit, 5-story podium project — three separate buildings — for developer Klein Financial Corporation. Very proud of the teamwork and progress. Look at those views! 🏙️

This multifamily development has had its logistical challenges, with an existing apartment community on the property, but the team is doing a great job working around it and making forward progress.

We are excited to share some updates from Next Phase Construction, Inc.!💥 Over the last few months, we have broken ground on two new projects with owner Red Tail Residential. The first project consists of 104 affordable units in Ventura, and the second project includes 240 market-rate units in Vacaville, also with the same ownership group. We are looking forward to collaborating with such an outstanding project team and are eager to see the construction progress.👍

We will also be at PCBC today and tomorrow, and look forward to connecting.
