No roofing company would share their 1st install ever thats leaked shortly after. I am. Weather man said more days of sun so I didnt figure i needed to use my tpo heat welder on the seams of this GAF Liberty 30 year peel and stick,or a torch to heat to help it stick. What we got instead was cold days,freezing nights and rain. As you can see this roof ponds water. The fix? Remove pond , heat welded the seams and re installed a drain. The cold days un stuck the seams that felt stuck on the sunny day we were there. Just a few drops thankfully . From now on its heat welder to the seams unless its 100 degrees in summer. All our other GAF liberty flat roofs we've installed over the years have never had any issues. No roofs Ive ever installed had any issues minus siding leaking behind step shingle and this is over 15 combined years of roofing. 1 leak during roofing process where water hit facia went backwards into soffit and into a wall because facia stuck out further than plywood, soffit leaned tword house. I see those and run paper inch over in the gutter now.

Finished a garage reroof in elgin yesterday turned out beautifully! Pictures show the vent ridge system we like to use to eliminate having to put a can vent every 5 foot of Ridgeline etc. And works great .

I call this the back saver 9000! Electric ladder hoist. Saved us carrying 28 bundles up the ladder at 80 pounds each . When the supply house locally does not load roofs anymore this is what we use and love it!

Flat roof tear off with wood repairs and sheet overlay . This is going to be a GAF Liberty 30 year low pitch roof system . It currently sits with 1st layer of rubber on it already then had to travel to Milton freewater for special ordered trim before installation of the cap sheet.

Before the next storm hits was out repairing/replacing 3 pipe boot/flashings on one of the beautiful Victorian homes on 2nd street in lagrande yesterday close to 2 roofs we've done and today was replacing a cracked freeze resistant water spigot before nights dip below freezing. I think we all feel it may be a bad winter so being ready is verry wise especially on your roof

We have 3 duplexes all next to eachother on the same block with acorn roofs on them . This one had 3 layers of old roof we twore off then sheeted over the old cracked and dry pine boards with 7/16 osb and put a beautiful 30 year dimensional composition roof with the ridge vent system . Turned out beautifully!!!

After roofing today in lagrande we had to stop in elgin do some roof/gutter cleaning wich was a nice break from what we've been working on and reminds folks that yes, we clean roofs,do moss removal. We'd also are experts at chimney cleaning and put up/take down xmas lights. We come licensed bonded insured !!!
