Pazmino has worked in the capacity of Project Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, Safety Representative, Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager. As Quality Control Engineer, Ms. Pazmino’s responsibilities included the implementation and enforcement of QA/QC design, development, production, installation, servicing, testing, and, documentation on all aspects of constr

uction work. As Safety Representative, Ms. Pazmino was responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Project Health and Safety requirements as outlined in the Project Health and Safety Program and by applying practical knowledge to the OSHA laws governing Health and Safety. As Superintendent and then Assistant Project Manager, Ms. Pazmino was responsible for the planning, scheduling, and ex*****on of time for on-time completion of the project, as well project supervision and management. Pazmino was also responsible for the scheduling and ex*****on of field construction, construction crew management, subcontractors, material deliveries, the review of plans and shop drawings, and the development of CPM schedules. Pazmino, P.E. founded OCE Contracting. Pazmino provided project management and construction support services to contractors throughout the Metropolitian area. In 2018, OCE Contracting expanded its services to include General Contracting and Heavy Highway sector.

🚧 NEW PROJECT ALERT 🚧

OCE Contracting is proud to be part of the Replacement of County Bridge No. S-13 on Cold Spring Road in Stanfordville, NY.

Our team will be responsible for the new bridge concrete construction, from forming to the pouring of the bridge's structural concrete components. This project showcases our commitment to delivering quality workmanship, safe operations, and durable infrastructure that will serve the community for generations.

From the first form set to the final concrete pour, we're excited to bring our expertise and craftsmanship to another important bridge replacement project.

🚧 Project Updates from OCE Contracting 🚧

Well, that wraps up most of our work at RT 17 Exit 122! ✅ Another project completed, and we’re proud of the progress made.

We’re still hard at work at the Poughkeepsie Train Station Parking Garage, continuing with repairs and concrete replacement. Check out some of the latest repair photos as we move up and prep for the next concrete pour! 👷‍♂️🦺🏗️

Next week is shaping up to be a busy one as we kick off a brand-new project:
📍 Replacement of County Bridge No. S-13 on Cold Spring Road in the Town of Stanford

Three jobs. Three crews. One day.

Yesterday was a big one for OCE. While one crew was prepping for one of the final barrier pours at Route 17 Exit 122, another was installing railing at the Pelham Mobile Substation, and our repair team was hard at work at the Poughkeepsie Train Station parking garage tackling T-stem and crack repairs.

From highways to substations to structural concrete restoration — this is what OCE does. Proud of the crews in the field making it happen safely, efficiently, and on schedule every single day.

After a month off, the weather finally broke and we’re back to work.

The crew is prepping the end abutment wingwalls, getting everything ready for a concrete pour next week. 👊
