This is a fresh take on a white kitchen!

Bright white cabinetry keeps the space clean and open, while the deep green backsplash adds contrast, texture, and personality.

We love how the black hardware and stainless accents pull the whole look together.

Clean, bold, and definitely not your standard all-white kitchen!

They really do haunt us 😂👻

A small detail, but a big step forward!

We just installed the tempered glass picture window in our Southington bathroom project, and it’s already making a huge difference in the space.

If you’ve been following along, you’ve seen us take this bathroom apart. Now we’re starting to put the pieces back together.

Still plenty more to come, but this is one detail we’re very happy with.

Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape. 💪

Another kitchen project is officially underway!

Right now, we’re in the prep stage getting the walls and ceilings ready before the next pieces of this renovation come together.

It may not be the glamorous part of the project, but this is where a solid finished result starts.

We’ll be sharing the progress along the way. Stay tuned to see this kitchen take shape. 💪

The Southington project is coming along, and this one was a good reminder of what can be hiding underneath.

Once we removed the toilet, we found that it had been deteriorating underneath. They definitely dodged a bullet, because we were able to catch it before it turned into a much bigger issue.

This is why remodeling is about more than just making a space look better. Sometimes you uncover something that needs to be addressed before moving forward.

More progress from Southington coming soon.

We’ve been busy this past week!

Between projects, Celebrate Wallingford, Girls Night Out, and everything happening behind the scenes, Mark also had the opportunity to sit down with the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce for an upcoming episode of Commerce & Community!

They talked business, entrepreneurship, the South Broad story, and what goes into growing a local business while staying connected to the community we serve.

We’re excited for you to hear this one. Thank you to the Quinnipiac Chamber for having us, we had a great time! 🎙️

Stay tuned for Episode 7 coming soon.

☀️ It’s a beautiful day outside… but there’s some pretty great stuff happening inside the studio! 🎙️

We’re back in the studio recording another episode of Commerce & Community, and this time we’re sitting down with Mark DeLucia, Co-Owner of South Broad Kitchen Bath.

While everyone else might be enjoying the sunshine, we’re talking business, entrepreneurship, community, and what goes into turning a vision into a space you love.

Trust us… this was time well spent!

🎧 New episode coming soon!
