Restoring a home built in the 1800s takes patience and a real respect for the original craftsmanship 🏡

Our team at Sunwood Development preserved the home's original hardwood floors, matched historic trim throughout, and special-ordered checkerboard tile and leather-finish granite countertops for a period-appropriate look.

We also added a laundry room and mudroom, updated the electrical and HVAC systems, and removed asbestos found during demolition.
