Bencar Building Systems, LLC Family-owned Connecticut remodeling contractor since 1999. Mark and Nancy Benson are Bencar Building Systems in Wallingford CT.

Mark was born and raised in the San Francisco area of California and started out in the construction business working for his uncle. Nancy was born and raised in Wallingford and earned a secretarial degree at a local college. She worked in a variety of industries over the years but the one common bond was customer service. Mark and Nancy spent eight years living in California with their son. Durin

g that time he worked as a project manager for a high-end home builder in Sonoma County where he learned the importance of customer service. It wasn't long after moving to Wallingford that Mark decided to start his own remodeling business and Nancy was ready and willing to help him. You would think that working with each other every day, spending an hour or two across a desk from each other would be a nightmare - but it works for them. They have a common goal and that's to make sure their customers are well-informed and that there is steady, open communication between everyone involved.
