Happy monday everyone! Getting another homesite ready so we can start bringing in select fill.

Root raking is very important step in building a solid foundation. You just don’t know what’s hidden underneath the soil especially after it had been cleared before we got here. We always insist in taking the extra step in root raking it.

Hydro-seeding we did 2 month ago update. Irrigation and a good blend of products well have it growing!
