Check out some commercial work we have been busy with.

Installed beams, opened offices up. Metal stud framing.

Wall cover inspection came through without any problems, now time to cover it up!

UPDATE: SOLD!!!

We ordered a little extra Sheetrock over the holidays we need to get rid of.

I have about 18 (5/8”) 4’x8’ Sheetrock and 24 (1/2”) 4’x10’ Sheetrock I am looking to sell.

Located in Northern Waller County. Make me an offer.

Man these hurricanes did a number this year.

As we start wrapping up on the projects from it, we will be sharing them here.

Here’s ones for the books:

Chimney stack fell over on the roof! Hurricane Beryl pushed it right over!!!!

Damage to the roof, siding, joists, Sheetrock, the whole nine yards.

Insurance isn’t wanting to play nice. Big surprise right!

Here is where we come in.

Show up on location, assess damages and costs. Compare with insurance coverages and there’s a big difference.

Unlike some, we didn’t want to pass the bill to the customer.

We got another adjuster out, and met with him on location. Discussed visible damages. Spent countless hours on the phone with desk adjusters.

Got it fixed with only out of pocket to customer being deductible!

Check out the pictures. We even deleted the old
Chimney stack they were scared of using and added an electric fireplace for them to be comfortable with their children playing in front of.

And don’t mind that patch job on the roof, we got a new roof approved through the insurance company on schedule to complete!!!

As a carpenter at WSCC LLC, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with our team on various construction projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Lay out flooring, roofing, and drywall ensuring they are level and compatible
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Good understanding of basic math
• Good physical condition and endurance

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience.
