Requirements:

• Must speak English and Spanish
• Experienced in all types of hard-surface flooring installation
• Knowledgeable in subfloor preparation and leveling
• Able to identify installation and subfloor problems and determine the proper solution
• Able to lead and manage a crew
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must provide professional references

This is a serious, long-term position for an experienced installer.

This project has officially come to an end—and the transformation speaks for itself.

This room was previously carpeted, while the rest of the home had dated, orange-toned hardwood floors from the 2007–2010 era. We installed brand-new hardwood in this space and refinished the existing floors throughout the home, creating one seamless, modern look for 2026.

This is what a bad tile installation looks like underneath. 👀

The tiles were not properly bonded, the thinset coverage was inconsistent, and the floor was not prepared correctly before installation. That’s why these large tiles came up almost completely intact.

Good tile work starts with proper floor preparation, the right adhesive coverage, and careful installation. If those steps are skipped, the floor may look good at first—but eventually, loose tiles, hollow spots, cracked grout, and movement will begin to show.

What’s underneath the tile matters just as much as the finished look!
