New gardener here. Goal is a kitchen garden…

I’m using the Kitchen Garden Revival and Leaves, Roots and Fruits by Nicole Burke to guide me. Zone 6a. This is my first raised bed, 2x6x1 built with 5/8th cedar, lined it with landscaping fabric. Used raised garden bed mix from my local garden center. Planted pansies and calendula around the edge, going to plant chives and maybe other herbs along the edge to deter pests when it warms up. In the center I planted arugula, black seeded Simpson, Bibb, gourmet mix, Parrish island, and spinach. Plan on succession planting again in 2 weeks. Please tell me I did this right lol.
