We recently took on a project that required a full rebuild after uncovering significant hidden damage.

What started as an 18’ x 16’ screened porch with a deck on top ultimately needed a complete demo of the existing porch, deck, and stairs due to structural issues found during inspection.

From the ground up, we rebuilt everything using all treated lumber for long-lasting durability and strength. This new build features a Trex RainEscape system to properly waterproof the deck above, preventing water intrusion into the screened porch below while allowing for proper drainage through a gutter system.

We finished the project with sleek black aluminum picket railings, custom Florida-style screens, a finished ceiling underneath, and a solid knee wall for added structure and detail.

The end result is a fully restored, upgraded outdoor living space built to last.
