Inspired by the character of the late-1880s mansion that once occupied the site, this home reinterprets traditional architecture through a modern lens. “Twin peaks” and classic rooflines are paired with clean lines, minimalist detailing, and a neutral palette to create a timeless balance.

An abundance of floor-to-ceiling glazing frame uninterrupted views from the moment you enter the front door. As you move through the home, sightlines extend directly to the water’s horizon, allowing the landscape to become an integral part of the living experience.

A series of concept renderings exploring strategies for a 1990s Tudor renovation, from preserving and refining existing façade elements to introducing a more contemporary palette. The goal throughout is a timeless exterior that honors the original character without feeling dated. How did we do?

Nestled along one of Cape Cod’s largest freshwater shorelines, this lakeside coastal residence represents a refined, modern interpretation of traditional shingle-style architecture. The timeless charm of this style is evident in the asymmetrical massing, classic rooflines, and traditional material palette that carries across a varied façade that complements the natural landscape.

Distinguished by its transitional design elements, the home incorporates expansive fenestration and minimalist detailing to maximize natural light and showcase unobstructed waterfront views.

We love clients that appreciate the appearance of a rear elevation. This 1940s colonial contained decrepit add ons that created several elongated rooflines that did not complement the main structure. By rebuilding and infilling in this area, the opportunity arose to tie all of these components together into one seamless facade. Swipe to see the before and after transformation. How did we do?

Perfect day for a site visit over at the Abbot-Baker property. We are happy to share our new construction barn that replaced an old 1940's barn located on the site. The intention was to maintain the barn's original footprint and farmhouse aesthetic while creating every day features and functionality. What went from a horse stall barn and farm equipment storage was converted into a large car collection space, office, workout room, greenhouse, roof deck and other social hosting amenities. Finished photos to come in the near future as good weather makes it way!
