Sometimes it’s the details that completely transform a space.

This stair renovation brought together warm wood tones, crisp white finishes, and dark balusters for a clean, updated look that feels right at home. A great example of how updating one feature can make an impact well beyond the staircase itself.

Thinking about what a renovation could do for your home? Let’s talk.

Some of the best work disappears when the job is done. 🔨

Ronnie and Tim are installing a pocket door for this bathroom, making sure everything is properly aligned, level, and ready to operate smoothly once the walls and finishes are complete.

Pocket doors are a great way to save space, but installing one correctly takes some precision. This is the kind of behind-the-scenes craftsmanship you may never notice in the finished room—and that’s exactly the point.

Nice work, Ronnie and Tim! 👏

Making room for more. 🔨

Our crew is extending the steel frame for this four-season room, creating the structure for a space that will be enjoyed year-round.

It may not be the finished product just yet, but this is the kind of work that makes the finished product possible—careful planning, solid construction, and a crew that knows how to bring it all together.

More progress to come!

Yesterday, we were sharing the vision for this new three-story coastal home. Now, that vision is very clearly taking shape—and we have to admit, we like the view from out front. 😎

Framing is well underway, the rooflines are coming together, and you can already begin to see the scale of the porches and outdoor spaces that will make this home such a special place for generations of family and friends to enjoy.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but seeing our sign out front with this much progress behind it feels pretty good.

Stay tuned. This Green Hill build is just getting started.

A new home is taking shape in Green Hill—and this one is going to be special. 🌊🏠

Nestled near the beach on a gorgeous (and challenging!) lot, this new three-story home is being designed and built as a place for multiple generations of family and friends to gather, relax, and make memories for years to come.

The design embraces everything we love about coastal living—light, bright and durable finishes, with an emphasis on making the most of this incredible location. First- and second-story porches will capture southern views toward the ocean, while multiple decks, terraces and an outdoor shower will create plenty of opportunities to enjoy life outside.

There’s a lot of work between this rendering and the finished home, and we’re excited to take you along for the build.

This is what’s coming to Green Hill. Stay tuned.

An attic with a whole new purpose taking shape. 🔨

We’re renovating and reconfiguring approximately 800 square feet of existing attic space to create two bedrooms, a full bathroom, sitting area, and studio/flex space—turning what was once underutilized space into a bright, functional extension of the home.

And while we’re still at the framing stage, the finishes are already coming together. The new bathroom will feature calming shades of blue and white, a double vanity, quartz countertops, blue tile flooring and coordinating shower tile, all finished with classic brushed nickel fixtures.

There’s a lot happening behind the walls before we get to the pretty stuff—but this one is going to be fun to watch come together.

It’s all in the details. 🔨

John is on the table saw, ripping door trim to the exact size needed for a clean, precise fit. It’s the kind of work that happens behind the scenes on every project—and the kind of attention to detail that makes all the difference when everything comes together.

From the big picture to the finishing touches, we take pride in doing it right.

The work starts long before the walls go up.

Bringing conduit onto the job site is one of those early steps that helps set the stage for everything still to come. Good planning, the right materials, and a team ready to keep the project moving forward.

Just another piece of the process at DiStefano Brothers Construction. 🔨

It may look like a simple line, but precision starts right here. 🎯

A laser level takes the guesswork out of the details that matter. Straight, level, precise — exactly where it needs to be.

Because the details you barely notice when they’re done right are the ones you definitely notice when they’re wrong.
