I had church at a jobsite today🙏🙌🥹
I have seen a lot of things written within the walls of over 250 custom homes…but nothing like today. I felt the presence of God. It’s a large home and I bet there were over 50 messages written inside🤩Scriptures specific for each room. Claiming the life they envision having once living there for themselves, their children and every person who steps inside. I read every one of them and cried. As the builder, every detail is so important. Getting to build the house you dwell in is a gift and beautiful responsibility that we do not take lightly✨

There is SO much that I LOVE about this Custom Home✨The Windows are HUGE in every room🤩The arch entry breezeways are the perfect touch and now that this home is all sheet-rocked and textured you get to see just how beautiful it will be when finished!

We build DREAM homes✨BUT the definition of “dream home” can mean different things… it can often be a forever home or it may be a spec home that becomes the perfect home (and without having to make any decisions) Or It may be a remodel that develops into the dream home you always envisioned it could be. It could be a first home or a 5th😂Regardless, every dream home is different.

One of our homeowners did a pretty good APRIL FOOLS JOKE😂in 20 yrs of building this has never been done. AI is so scary and realistic. I completely believed that this had happened to their home 🫠 I was devastated.
It was a good one and can laugh about it now. Finally.
Side note- Kevin didn’t have the joke pulled on him- he would have never fell for it🤷‍♀️😁maybe.

A year ago, I am standing in a Spec Home that we were building on a quiet street in the cutest little neighborhood and I meet Sandy. “I’ve heard y’all are the best and I need this house, but I’m not ready yet” is how our conversation started✨A couple months later when she was ready, that home had sold… but how fun that we got to build her one next door🖤
