Master Bedroom Update! 🏡✨

It’s time to give this master bedroom a fresh new look! Our renovation plans include:

• Removing the outdated popcorn ceiling for a clean, modern finish.
• Installing new recessed LED lighting to brighten the space.
• Adding a new ceiling fan for improved comfort and style.
• Replacing the existing windows with new energy-efficient windows.
• Installing beautiful Shaker-style trim throughout the room.
• Removing the old carpet to reveal the original hardwood flooring underneath.
• Sanding, staining, and refinishing the hardwood floors to bring them back to life.

We’re excited to transform this room into a bright, timeless, and comfortable retreat while preserving the character of the original hardwood floors.

Water Damage Restoration Underway

A small washing machine drain box overflow turned into a major headache while our customer was away from home. Unfortunately, by the time they returned, water had spread throughout much of the house.

We’re helping restore their home by:
• Removing approximately 1,200 square feet of existing flooring
• Repairing the kitchen cabinets after the water remediation process
• Painting all walls and trim throughout the home
• Installing beautiful new WWW.Flooret.com Kingswood flooring, chosen by the homeowner

Water damage can happen when you least expect it, but with the right team, your home can be restored to look and feel like new again. We look forward to sharing the transformation as this project comes together!

The existing main sewer line is original cast iron from the 1960s and has been compromised by significant tree root intrusion. The line has also failed in two separate locations.

Prior to excavation, 811 has been contacted to locate and mark all underground utilities to ensure the work is performed safely.

Once all utilities have been located, the existing sewer line and main water service line will be excavated and removed. A new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line will be installed, along with a new 3/4-inch main water supply line, providing a reliable and code-compliant underground utility system.1-New 4”sewer line. 1- new 3/4 main water supply, 2-new 3”clean outs,1-tracer line for future location and maintenance.
