Exterior makeover- we will strip the existing (5”)gutters & downspouts,remove the existing shutters make all wood repairs,replace the existing garage doors,restore the existing wood doors install new Aluminum Seamless (6” Black) gutters & downspouts,gutter guards ,some fresh paint (new colors) creating some curb appeal.

Guest Bathroom Update – We will remove and dispose of the existing tub/shower unit, vanity, and flooring. A new tub/shower unit will be installed along with updated lighting and a new ventilation fan. Existing plumbing lines will be updated, and a recessed shower niche will be added. The project also includes installation of a new vanity, quartz countertop, faucet, and light fixture, along with new flooring to complete the renovation.

Exterior Painting- We love getting a jump on exterior paint projects before the high heat comes as these are very optimal temperatures to get quality painting done. We used Benjamin Moore (Aura) for all the gutters & Trim,while using Regal select for all siding. Now we wait for the new doors & Windows to arrive.

Bathroom update- We will remove all existing fixtures replace the shower with a custom mud pan & tile work for the new look creating a whole new atmosphere,while adding a new control valve & sprayer,new cabinets,ventilation,lighting,flooring,paint and some fresh bathroom hardware for the finishing touches.
