“Polished concrete” the most durable floor around.

- Flood resistant.

-No coatings to scratch or delaminate.

-The concretes already there.

- Hardly anything to throw away … just dust.

- Hi gloss or Satin we got you covered.

This particular floor didn’t get a grout coat which would’ve improved the reflectivity but time wouldn’t allow. Still the most resilient floor out there. ,

Here’s a Grind & Seal project with little down time to get the Mabuhai market back in action to expand their space.
Carpet conversion to a clean function floor that’s rated for forklift traffic just by using the right products and the original floor.

This system can incorporate stains to brighten up the surface or go with the industrial look as you see here. People sometimes overlook what goes into floors like this. With heavy carpet glue normal diamond tooling that come with your rental grinder (if you DIY)can create a mess. The owner of the market actually did a great job on his other floor but the time involved wasn’t an option on this one.

This is also a great option for people that were affected by the flooding in the recent Kona low.

Custom flake blend for interior of this home. We sand the first flake coat smooth then apply the second flake application. Repeat the process then top coat. This gives you a smooth comfortable feel under foot.
