Ethel's Shenanigans for the Day...

I spent the morning supervising the cabinet shop from my office window.

After careful observation, I have concluded:

The saws are loud.
The coffee is essential.
Everybody is measuring things over and over again.
There is an unreasonable amount of sawdust involved in this process.
Billy appears to be in charge... or at least he thinks he is.

For now, I'll continue my quality control inspections from a safe distance.

Someone has to keep an eye on these boys. 🤷‍♀️

This stunning house has gorgeous rooms so we are doing individual room spot lights. Let's start with the master bath!

These paint-grade shaker cabinets are one of those colors that keep you looking twice... do you see green? Brown? Maybe a little of both?

And can we talk about those gold touches paired with the black countertops? 🤩 The contrast is timeless and gives this space such a luxurious feel.

They are still waiting on a few handles to come in, but this one was too pretty not to share.

I know, I know... you were hoping to stop by and see me tomorrow.

But in honor of Independence Day, Kustombilt Cabinets will be closed tomorrow as our team spends time with their families celebrating the Fourth of July. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Don't worry... I already inspected the shop, made sure everything was in order, and approved everyone's day off. 😉

☕ Wednesday with Ethel 🪿

Good morning!

I've spent the last couple of days keeping an eye on the shop while Brittany has been at church camp.

Billy's been building cabinets...
I've been making sure he stays out of trouble. 😉

Today's inspection report:

✅ Coffee passed.
✅ Cabinets are looking good.
✅ Tape measures are where they belong.
✅ Brittany is still at camp.

I guess we'll let her stay one more day... those kids are learning about Jesus, and that's pretty important.

Until then, I'll be here making sure quality stays the Kustombilt way.

What's one feature you'd HAVE to have in your dream kitchen?

Mine? Plenty of cabinet space... a goose has to keep her snacks somewhere. 😂
