Now Hiring: Lead Machine Operator – Victoria, TX
Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? Alamo Structural Steel is looking for an experienced Lead Machine Operator to join our team in Victoria, Texas.
In this role, you'll operate and oversee a variety of production equipment, including drill lines, brake presses, burn tables, shears, transfer tables, and more. We're looking for someone who can read blueprints, maintain quality standards, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
💲 Starting Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)
📅 Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
✅ Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
✅ Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
Qualifications:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience operating production machinery
✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Knowledge of metal fabrication equipment and materials
✔ Forklift, overhead crane, and tractor-trailer operation experience preferred
