Another late night getting it done! 🔧💧

We relocated this water heater from the hallway into the garage, ran new water lines overhead to the new location, and installed a drain line for the water heater pan. Once everything was connected, we tested the system to ensure everything was operating properly with no leaks.

Long day, late night, but we got it knocked out! 💪

🌳🚫 Roots in the sewer line? We found the problem! 🚫🌳

Our customer was experiencing drainage issues, and after running our sewer machine, we pulled back a large mass of tree roots from the line. We then performed a camera inspection after clearing the obstruction to verify the condition of the sewer line.

The camera confirmed that the line has been compromised by root intrusion and is now in need of the necessary repairs to prevent future backups and restore the integrity of the sewer system.

We excavated and replaced approximately 10 feet of damaged sewer line with durable Schedule 40 PVC, then installed a new exterior cleanout to provide easier access for future maintenance and inspections.

Everything was properly tested to ensure the system is flowing as it should before backfilling.
