🔧 TEAM TUESDAY: Ryan Herwald

If you've seen Ryan at your door before then you already know the guy 👋 a heart of gold, who wouldn't hurt a fly.

He's an Apprentice, currently studying up to test for his Tradesman license 📚🔧 Two years in the trade and counting, and what he loves most is helping people and learning the ropes- nothing beats a happy customer when the job's done 🙌

Off the clock he's traveling, cooking, gaming, watching sports, or hanging with family- home team is his wife and 3 cats (who clearly run the show 😹🐱). Big Cowboys, Texans, and Rangers fan 🏈⚾

He is a future Tradesman, and former rockstar all in one 🔧😂

🔧 Leak Found & Repaired at Truckmotive 💦

Andrew was called out to Truckmotive on Speight after the customer noticed a wet patch developing in the asphalt near the building.

After locating the issue, the team saw-cut the asphalt, excavated the area, and found the source of the underground water leak. The repair was completed, the area was backfilled, and a soft asphalt patch was installed.

Before wrapping up, Andrew checked the water meter to ensure everything was holding and the meter was no longer spinning ✅

Another leak found, repaired, and checked from start to finish 👏

🔧 TEAM TUESDAY: RAY LEDESMA 🔧

If you’ve ever met Ray, you probably remember Ray😂 We call him our personality hire, but there’s a whole lot more to Ray than keeping everyone entertained!

When we asked what kind of plumbing jobs he enjoys the most, his answer was slab leaks 👀

And when it comes to the tools he needs to get the job done? Well…apparently he can’t work without every single tool in his tool bag 😂

After 7 years in the trade, Ray has definitely seen some things. One of the craziest calls he remembers was an apartment water leak where he showed up to find that a storm had completely taken the roof off the building…and it was STILL raining 🌧️🏠

When Ray isn’t working, he’s spending time with his wife, Gimena, and their two boys.

Ray is also the guy who will take just about anyone’s on-call shift. He works hard, gets the job done, and is always willing to step up when needed. His goal is to become a Master Plumber one day, and we’re excited to watch him keep working toward it.

We’re glad he’s part of the Ryberg Plumbing team!

🔧 Digging In to Find the Problem 💦

We were out helping a Speegleville neighborhood homeowner with a water line issue. Andrew Brady & Alex determined that approximately 5 feet from the edge of the home addition, there was a damaged water line in need of repair.

Since the line wasn’t accessible from underneath the home, there was only one option… dig it up! 👷‍♂️⛏️

Here’s Alex putting in the work to uncover the damaged line and get to the source of the problem! 💪🔧
