A few quick selective demo jobs knocked out.

Flooring, tub/shower surrounds, vanities, fixtures and finishes removed while protecting surrounding areas and leaving each space ready for the next phase of work. Two repeat GCs.

F. Jack Construction is continuing to expand our relationships with general contractors, builders, plumbers, electricians, restoration companies, property managers and other trades throughout South Jersey and the Philadelphia area.

We’re available as a subcontractor for selective demolition, interior gut outs, structural demolition, excavation, trenching, saw cutting, concrete removal, grading/site work and general labor support — from a one-day scope to larger ongoing projects.

Whether you need a crew to get a building stripped, a machine and operator for excavation/site work, concrete opened up for underground plumbing, or simply additional manpower to keep a project moving, we’re looking to become a reliable resource for other contractors.

Most of the time, our job ends when the demo is done.

For select projects and customers, we’re able to take it a little further.

This laundry room started with demolition and turned into a small project — coordinating trades and carrying the space through drywall, insulation, paint, trim and final finishes.

We’re still a demolition & site work company first. But when the project calls for it, our experience and network allow us to offer more than just the tearout.

Another one wrapped up for an established South Jersey property management company.

What started as an overgrown property cleanup uncovered an old pile of concrete buried beneath years of invasive growth.

We cleared the property, exposed the concrete, removed it, and left the site clean and ready for what’s next.

Most people only see the finished product. They don’t see the conversations, late nights, risks, mistakes, or the constant refining that happens behind the scenes.

Every project teaches us something.
Every relationship opens another door.
Every challenge helps shape where we’re going next.

We don’t have all the answers, but one thing won’t change:

We’re building a team people call when a property has a problem.

We’re not there yet.

The work you see is only part of the story.
(Long post warning‼️)

F. JACK didn’t begin with demolition. It began with a husband and wife who wanted to build a better life for their daughters. Two people willing to do the hard things today so our family could have more opportunities tomorrow.

Our very first project wasn’t a demolition.
It was a spring cleanup.
Leaves. Mulch. A trailer.
A willingness to say yes to whatever opportunity came next.

Since then, we’ve never stopped evolving. Today, you’ll find us operating excavators, managing demolition projects, and preparing sites for what’s next.

But what most people don’t see is everything that happens before the first wall comes down.

•Some days we’re walking properties with investors.
•Some days we’re evaluating redevelopment opportunities.
•Some days we’re helping families navigate inherited homes.
•Some days we’re coordinating contractors, solving site challenges, or helping builders determine the best path forward.

To us, it’s all part of the same mission.

We believe every property deserves the right plan.

Whether that means connecting the right people, evaluating an opportunity, preparing a site for construction, or performing the demolition itself, our goal is always the same:

Help move the project forward.

We’re still building.

We’ve been a little quiet lately.

That’s usually a sign we’re building.

The last few weeks haven’t just been spent on jobsites. They’ve been spent investing in education, strengthening relationships, and connecting with the people shaping what’s next—real estate professionals, investors, commercial contractors, and industry partners.

Our goal has never been to simply demolish buildings.

It’s to become a trusted partner that helps move projects forward—from the earliest planning stages to a clean, build-ready site.

The trucks, equipment, and projects will continue to grow, but our biggest investment will always be in people, knowledge, and relationships.

Same work ethic.

Bigger vision.

We’re just getting started.

One week. Thousands of square feet of fire-damaged interior. Multiple dumpsters, scrap runs, and countless hours of hard work.

Today, this home is down to the studs and subfloor—ready for the next phase of reconstruction.

Just as important as the finished product is how we get there. A professional crew, proper PPE, and a clean, organized jobsite are standards we bring to every project, regardless of size.

We’re grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead.

Selective demo done right.

Today we partnered with a local GC on another tenant turnover, providing the clean slate needed for the next phase of renovations.

✔️ Countertop removal
✔️ Mirrored backsplash removal
✔️ ~600 sq. ft. of carpet removal

Clean, controlled demolition with no unnecessary damage and the job left ready for the following trades.

These repeat turnover projects are exactly why we focus on communication, scheduling, and consistency. Whether it’s one unit or an entire portfolio, our goal is simple: help contractors and property owners keep projects moving.
