Great review from Steve... "I had an in attic AC unit leak that created a black mold situation in my laundry room and an adjoining mud room. Phillipe came out the same day I called and assessed the situation and gave me a quote. That same day, he set up dehumidifiers and marked out where the demolition would begin. The next day Jose and David came out and began tear out of the wet drywall. Once exposed, the scope of the black mold was evident. Over the course of the following 2 weeks Jose and David meticulously removed and treated the mold. They showed up daily, on time and they treated my house with kid gloves. Jose was amazing to watch work! This guy takes real pride in what he does. Phillipe's follow up to my questions was prompt and thorough. His communication through the whole process was really appreciated I can't recommend these guys enough. It's good to know there's companies like this that are reliable and competent in what they do! Five stars!"

Great review from David... "We had a sudden, accidental water leak impacting both floors of our house. American Response Team has been stellar. Felipe was available to come by within a few hours to throughly assess and confirm the scale of the leak, and already install equipment to begin dry out/mold mitigation. Felipe, Jose, and the rest of the team were quick in the demo and isolation of impacted areas while making the rest of the house livable. We’re now in the rebuild stage, but could not be happier with American Response Team’s work so far."
