E.C.H. Property Renovations Home Maintenance Membership Agreement

Membership
Membership is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
Membership covers one residential property at a single address.
Membership automatically expires after one year unless renewed.

Annual Visits:
Includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year.
Visits must be scheduled during normal business hours.
Missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice may count as one completed visit.

What’s Included:
Membership includes labor for the following services:
Dryer vent cleaning (accessible vents only)
Garage door lubrication
HVAC filter replacement (customer supplies filter unless otherwise agreed)
Refrigerator water filter replacement (customer supplies filter)
Smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement (customer supplies batteries)
Water heater inspection and flush (where safely accessible)
General home safety inspection

Exclusions;
Membership does not include:
Emergency service
Repairs
Replacement parts
Permit fees
Electrical panel work
Plumbing repairs
Roof repairs
Appliance repairs
Hazardous material removal
Work requiring code upgrades
Commercial properties unless specifically contracted

Discounts:
Members receive 10% off labor for additional repairs performed by E.C.H. Property Renovations during the active membership period.

Service Area:
Membership is available only within E.C.H. Property Renovations’ standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area.

Scheduling:
Appointments are based on technician availability. While priority scheduling is provided, same-day service is not guaranteed.

Liability:
E.C.H. Property Renovations is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, manufacturer failures, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Cancellation:
Membership fees are non-refundable after the first maintenance visit has been completed.

Safety:
Technicians reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe working conditions exist.
Customers must:
Provide safe access to all service areas.
Secure pets.
Ensure utilities are operational during service.
Provide replacement filters or batteries if not included in the membership
