Here is a siding job we finished up last week. Beautiful ranch home with double 10” foam back board and batten in two colors. majority is white and iron stone accent walls and gables. Azek Timbertech transition boards and beam wraps, and then finished off the front porch with stained tongue and groove pine. Turned out amazing.

We finished this pool house up for Andrew Cochran construction a couple weeks ago. Took care of all the soffit and fascia, the LP board and batten on the front, and double 4 vinyl on the sides and back for him.

The best customers are repeat customers! We built this deck last year for a client that was thrilled with how it turned out, he contracted us back to stain and reseal it after the green treat had washed out. Back to looking nice and fresh!

Here is a big exterior job we finished up last week. It features four different types of siding including lp smartside. the grey panels are standard wood grain lp and the white panels are stucco textured smartside. Has cedar shake panels on the entry way and left gable, and vinyl board and batten on the left side and across the back. Was a little more labor intensive than your normal siding job but turned out great!

This is a large vaulted porch ceiling that we installed Nickel gap ship lap in that was stained to match the rough sawn Douglas fir 12x12 posts which we also installed.

Here is a deck that we stripped down to do a reskin on. Not a complete rebuild but reinforced framing and replaced any damaged areas. Then installed new timber tech deck boards in a double bordered pattern and matching fascia boards. Replaced all stair stringers and framing and new picture frame treads and reinstalled the existing railing.

Well here is the finished product! This new contruction home is a big stepping stone for us not only as a small business but as individuals as well. We have been a part of and built a lot of houses, additions, garages, and apartments but this house is the first project we have general contracted start to finish since we started this company 3 years ago. This is a full basement, 2200 sq ft ranch style home with a 40x27 attached garage. It Features amazing faux wood beams in the great room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, as well as custom black stair railing by fehring ornamental iron. The exterior is LP smartside lap siding on both sides and back with board and batten LP siding up front and a versetta stone skirting across the front. Finished up with cedar wrapped posts for that farmhouse look. The back patio features a sitting area, a hot tub with TV hook ups all enclosed by a west bury aluminum screen porch system. A lot of hard work went into putting together this amazing home, and we can’t thank the owners enough for entrusting us to build their dream home. The pictures really don’t do this property justice. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a whole lot of photos before move in day as we were still trying to get stuff buttoned up on the inside but I did manage to snag a few. We take alot of pride in being able to tackle as much of the work on projects as possible, with that being said we did have a great crew of sub contractors with us completing parts of this job that we did not do. Yesterday we finished up the outside with Harley raking the yard and getting 200 pounds of grass seed broadcasted. And for all the curiosity, yes Gary got his John Deere themed office!
