We’ve been made aware of a company going door-to-door telling homeowners that net metering is going away and that they must buy a battery from them to keep saving money from solar.

That is not true.

If you have questions about net metering, battery storage, or whether a battery makes sense for your home, please reach out to us directly. We’re always happy to give you accurate info—no pressure, no scare tactics. ☀️🔋

UPDATE: The company is robo calling and texting solar customers across the state telling them the solar team "will be in the area and they work with inverter manufacturers to perform system audits to make sure your system is operating at full capacity". Then telling customers that net metering is going away and they will set them up with a "consumption battery" to get rid of their electric bill.

Again, this is not true.
