We are a growing residential/commercial remodeling and construction company located in Virginia Beach. We are looking to hire 2-3 skilled workers with carpentry experience.
*If you can not show up to work and on time, this isn't the job for you. We are looking for people with good heads on their shoulders that are looking for a construction career and not just a turnover job. We take pride in professionalism, and need people who show up to work and on time. In exchange we all take care of each other and you won't find a company that will take better care of you.
Our ideal candidates will have knowledge and abilities to interpret plans and complete demo, framing/insulation, install windows and doors, hardwood/laminate floor install, and install int/ext trim. We also do other aspects of remodelling occasionally such as siding, painting, roofing, ect but that is mostly sub contracted. You must have relevant field experience. If you are not proficient in some of the items above we can train but this job requires hand field work. Our best candidates will have carpentry experience and can be trained in additional trades if required.
Starting pay between $15-20, with potential to earn raises based on abilities and we pay bonuses based on production. If you have the motivation to work hard, we offer the structure for you to make what you want to make based on bonuses. Potential for advancement to job lead exists. Leads will make 20-30 per hour. We need leads and we want you to move up.
Attention to detail and quality of work will be the most important factor. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of work and you must either already have the skill and eye to do great work or be willing and able to learn our standards. Looking to hire on full time basis.
We primarily work in Virginia Beach, with periodic work in Norfolk and Chesapeake. We also have a temporary project on a base in Elizabeth City. Our shop and office is located in London Bridge. We occasionally meet there. We have weekend work available and our days are typically 8 hours, but if you are willing to work longer we will. We have guys that get 40 hours in 3 days sometimes. The flexability to work longer hours is up to you.

-Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Company vehicle can or will be available to the write candidate.
