This project wasn’t just about making it look good—it was about giving this homeowner her home back.

For years, she lived with severe water intrusion from the exterior, leaving portions of her walls and ceiling opened up while the source of the leak went unresolved. Moisture had damaged the drywall and framing, and sections of her home had been covered in plastic just to keep things protected.

Our team tracked down the exterior water intrusion, made the necessary repairs, replaced all damaged materials, insulated where needed, installed new drywall, finished everything to a smooth paint-ready surface, and restored the room to the way it should have looked all along.

Now, instead of living with exposed framing and plastic sheeting, she can finally enjoy a clean, finished space with an incredible waterfront view.

This wasn’t just a cabinet swap… this kitchen got a complete transformation.

We completely reimagined the layout to make the space feel brighter, more functional, and more open.

✅ Moved the kitchen opening to the opposite side for a better flow
✅ Performed new electrical work to accommodate the new layout
✅ Installed premium satin white shaker cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers
✅ Installed beautiful butcher block countertops
✅ New stainless steel appliance package
✅ New sink & faucet
✅ Fresh paint throughout
✅ New hardware and all the finishing touches

The difference is night and day. The kitchen now feels larger, cleaner, and much more inviting while keeping the warmth of the butcher block countertops.
