Every room in this home was designed to have its own personality — and the transformation was incredible. 🎨🏡

For this full custom repaint, we brightened the sunroom, created dramatic color-drenched finishes in the library and downstairs office, painted the library built-ins, and carried the home’s color story upstairs through the staircase and hallway.

In the kids’ rooms and upstairs office, we created custom two-tone finishes with board and batten in one color and the walls and ceilings in another.

From ceilings and walls to trim, doors, built-ins and stair details, nearly every painted surface was refreshed.

From bare sheetrock to finished spaces. 🎨✨

We transformed this kitchen and sunroom from unfinished drywall into bright, clean, finished living spaces. The project included drywall preparation, priming, painting the ceilings and walls, and finishing all of the trim for a complete top-to-bottom transformation.

Color palette:
Walls — White Dove
Trim — White
Ceilings — Ceiling White

White Dove adds just enough warmth to complement the natural hardwood floors, while the crisp white trim keeps everything looking clean and timeless.

A few exterior updates can make a big difference in curb appeal.

We removed the shutters, prepped, primed, and sprayed them with Sherwin-Williams Latitude®. Both double garage doors were cleaned, bonding primed, and top coated with Latitude® as well.

We also refreshed the front railings and spindles with Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes® to complete the look.

A proper exterior refresh starts before the paint goes on.

For this home, we thoroughly prepped the exterior, identified areas of wood rot and made the necessary repairs, addressed failing and weathered surfaces, spot-primed where needed, and carefully protected the windows before applying the finish coats.

The goal was to restore and protect the exterior while keeping the home's clean coastal look.

CABINET TRANSFORMATION — PART 2: BEHIND THE FINISH

Here’s a look at a few of the stages behind this two-tone cabinet transformation.

After applying a shellac-based primer, we brought the new color combination to life with Snowbelt on the upper cabinets and Tricorn Black on the lower cabinets and island. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts were sprayed separately and placed on our drying rack to cure before reinstallation.

Careful preparation and a controlled spraying process helped create the smooth, durable finish shown in the completed kitchen.

These kitchen cabinets received a complete refresh with a bold, modern two-tone finish.

The upper cabinets were finished in Snowbelt, creating a bright and clean look, while the lower cabinets and island were finished in Tricorn Black for contrast and depth. The new color combination completely transformed the space while allowing the existing cabinets to remain in place.

Before, during, and after ✨

These Tommy Bahama–style louvered shutters were carefully removed and set up for proper preparation and priming. We then sprayed each shutter to achieve smooth, even coverage throughout every detailed louver.

Once completed, the shutters were reinstalled, giving them a clean, uniform finish that complements the home’s coastal exterior.

A sunny day by the water calls for a deck that looks its best.

We tackled this Virginia Beach deck with a soft wash to clear away algae and grime, then made sure every board and railing was prepped and ready for a fresh look. After careful masking and spot sanding, we applied a uniform coat of Mountain Ash semi-solid stain, working it in for even coverage and a lasting finish.

The result is a clean, protected space that’s ready for outdoor gatherings. Keeping up with regular maintenance like this helps every deck stand up to sun, foot traffic, and the elements.
