Picked up two more BIG girls 😍 that night bloomer is literally 4ft wide, if not more, and the nopal is at least 5ft tall.

Little repot and TLC action soon, hopefully we see the sun and some warmth again so I can do it outside. And I need more dirt, because of course I do 😂

I am so grateful for the opportunities and connections I've made since I started doing this. Thank you all for trusting me with your green babies, whether it's a repot, rehab, or rehome.

The two leafers are currently taped in position because they did notttt want to stay put, so either the tape brace works its magic and can be removed later on or I just have to tuck them in a little deeper in their final pots. I'm determined to make it work no matter what because they're so cute this way.
Took three more leaves this morning so now we're up to five no-nodes, and my whole plant still looks good!

Well. I did it. 🥲

6 double-leaf nodes, 2 single-leaf nodes, and 2 leaf-only cuttings, plus some bare nodes that I'm going to try to save and add back into the mother plant, because I like huge plants lol. All the two leafers seem like they'll nestle into their pots just fine! Callusing overnight then potting up tomorrow morning.
I could probably take another couple of leaves off and not be noticeable but I already cleaned up and put everything away for the night lol

I have three left and I think they're all adjusted and good to go now! (I also have one for corm purposes and personal enjoyment so there will be more in the future 😊) Fresh scoop of worm poo for each of them!

Bright/indirect light, humidity and nutrients are important, water when 40-50% dry/just don't waterlog them. Compact growth makes them great for terrariums/cabinets!

HOYA KERRII ALERT 😊

Got my hands on this big ol reverse-variegated girl a few weeks ago and it's just about time to give her the Valentine's Day haircut. My main goal is node cuttings, for obvious reasons, but if I can't get two hearts to sit nicely in the pot, I'll do a leaf cutting with the spare leaf instead. They will be labeled accordingly because I'm not in the business of ripping people off lol.
I am very mindful about what I cut off of any of my plants so quantities will be limited. I will have an exact number when I finally do the chop.

Node cuttings = whole new plant will grow, treat it as such!
Leaf cuttings = leaf will grow roots and live for a while, that's it. Just a cute decorative thing without the commitment or maintenance.

One Colocasia Esculenta Mojito is perked back up and ready for a place to call home! The other one isn't far behind but I want one more new leaf 😅

These guys are thirsty, love humidity, and do not like full sun, an east or southeast window will do. For grow lights, just make sure they're not too close to prevent scorching.

Keep them potted or plant them in a nice, mostly-shaded spot in the ground when it's warm for optimal and epic growth. Dig the tubers up before winter and store like you would any other tropical, or put it back in a pot for year round life.

Just picked up three more today and second picture is the one I got from her last week that I never posted because *migraine*.

Giving the new ones a good soak to determine what and where needs pruning, then it's repot and baby time!

At this point I really need the husband to put another room on the house 😂😂
