We had a lot on our plate .... Now we have electricity, water, septic, a shipping container, roads and phase 1 is complete....Thank you!!!!!! Sorry for the delay....this is a review that I drafted for Collins Electric....I did not see a way to add this to your page or Google. Feel free to use this review in any way that may benefit you or your company. If you need me to add it to a link as the IP addresses get weird sometimes I'm happy to do so.....We are finally ready for Memorial Day Weekend and Lake Season 2026. REVIEW: Collins Electric of Vinita

We purchased vacant land in October 2025. The immediate plan was to add one structure but plan for more over time. We needed to build the infrastructure that included running utilities - electric, water and septic. Jeff Collins, Collins Electric of Vinita was recommended to us and he exceeded our expectations. I met Jeff in January and by March we had a new pole & meter with a 275' run to our Jayco White Hawk Travel Trailer with 200 gauge wire at a depth of 18 inches that included a conduit for a future bolt fiber line. Now we have a power source with the option of 50 AMP and 30 AMP service and two bonus 110 outlets. We are set up to add our shop and log cabin in the near future. Thank you Jeff for helping us turn on the lights, listen to music, extend our awning and use our appliances. Electricity is just a wonderful thing. We look forward to calling you soon when it is time to add two RV Slips, the shop and our log cabin that is still in the planning stages.
