Backsplashes are the icing on the cake.
What’s wild to me about this whole platform is that most of the time you’re seeing finished products. I’m hoping to change that with my posts. Because there’s a lot to make something like this happen. Tile selection, layout, joint size selection, installation, trim color/type, grout color, sealing tile (if heavy texture or natural stone) grouting, silicone color selection (if a dark color grout I prefer running something to match surroundings, if a color matched grout use the same color silicone) then running silicone against countertops and cabinets.

A lot of installers are just out there to make the quickest buck possible, only considering a couple options for layout and then moving on.

Always something about a marble backsplash. Love this iceberg marble because of its subtle gray with bright white veining.
Whenever I do a marble splash I always try talking the client into these types of corner wraps. They’re my favorite, even though they take a lot of time and planning they always look incredible.

A little before and after on this remodel! Love the way this turned out for the clients. They had a vision of bringing a little vintage flair to this bathroom and I think it did the trick perfectly.
