This reel is highlighting what happens when you get tile from different dye lots. In this case, it was not controllable because we are almost 2 1/2 months after the original installation and had to order more tile because of wanting to remove a bench. The opportunity to explain how this is likely to happen before proceeding turns this into informed consent.. you’ve informed them of the issue that will most likely happen and they’ve agreed to it
Having that little bit of understanding and ability to communicate, absolves you from having a potential conflict with the homeowner or contractor.
