Seed Packaging Workday on Wednesday, April 16

The Knox County Seed Library is having a seed packaging workday on Wednesday, April 16, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern. This will be in the Teen Room (basement) of the Knox County Public Library (502 N. 7th. St., Vincennes.) Volunteers are welcome to come any time they are available during those hours. All materials and instructions will be provided. The workday is for packaging more seeds to be offered in the drawers of the seed library.
The Knox County Seed Library is located on the main floor of the Knox County Public Library, near the Sun Room, offering free seeds for vegetables, herbs, flowers and native plants. Anyone may use the simple procedure to check out seeds (no library card required.)

Volunteers Needed for Seed Workday on January 22

The Knox County Seed Library is having a Seed Workday on Wednesday, January 22, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, in the Teen Room (basement of the Knox County Public Library. The workday will be to prepare KCSL seed packets for the seed library drawers, restocking for the new year, as well as filling packets of beans for the One Seed/One Community project. Materials and instructions will be provided. Anyone is welcome to volunteer whenever available during the workday hours (there will be a break for lunch from roughly noon to 1:00.)
