Our hearts are filled with both relief and deep emotion knowing that Jenna and Chad, who stole from Al’s Plumbing & Heating, have been arrested. This situation has been especially painful because my father—who built this business with his own hands—was very sick at the time and has since passed away. Knowing that these individuals took advantage of him and stole from him during such a vulnerable period adds a level of hurt that is hard to put into words.

We are profoundly grateful to the Lower Township Police Department for their dedication, compassion, and thorough investigation. Their commitment to justice has meant more to our family than they may ever know.

From the bottom of our hearts, we also thank our customers, friends, and community who stood by us, supported us, shared information, and showed us kindness during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Your loyalty, prayers, and encouragement helped carry us through grief and betrayal, and we will never forget it.
