Our Orlando team has completed construction of Growing Minds Montessori School at 11900 Ravallo Resort Dr. in Orlando! This brand-new 9,027 SF campus brings Growing Minds’ existing programs together under one roof, allowing the school to better serve families in the Dr. Phillips community.

The new facility features eight classrooms, a reception area, playground, storage, restrooms, and a covered entry designed to welcome students and families from the moment they arrive.

Before construction began, our team provided 24 months of preconstruction services including feasibility studies, site selection, design team selection, and budgeting throughout design and permitting.

More progress at The Sanctuary Golf Club! ⛳🔨

Our team is continuing work on the expansion and renovation on Sanibel Island. The 3,939 SF addition will bring a new dining room and bar, expanded dining areas, renovated member spaces and exterior improvements.

Progress continues on Lee Health’s new 60,000 SF outpatient healthcare facility in Fort Myers.

Structural steel is now in place, and roofing work is underway on the new two-story building at the HealthPark Medical Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital campus.

The new facility will expand access to pediatric specialty care and support Lee Health’s graduate medical education residency program.

A lot is happening at the La Gorce Family Intern Village on Sanibel Island!

All three buildings are taking shape, with the first building enclosed and interior work underway. The second building is nearing the same stage, while crews are now framing the walls of the third building. The pavilion and grand staircase are also coming together, adding shared spaces for residents to gather and enjoy the surrounding property.

When complete, the 7,700-square-foot village will provide housing for up to 30 interns, with elevated buildings, a pavilion and grand staircase designed to connect residents with the surrounding environment.

Our team attended the 2026 FPC Seminar + Expo in Orlando this week where we joined over 1,000 healthcare professionals from across Florida for conversations, new connections, and discussions about the future of healthcare construction.

We enjoyed seeing familiar faces and building new relationships. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to see us.

Our Special Projects team recently completed a 1,200 SF office buildout for South Florida Title Insurers. The project transformed a new shell space into a bright, modern office featuring private offices, a conference room, reception area and custom finishes throughout.

A new Crews Bank & Trust location is now open in Fort Myers!

Our Special Projects team transformed a vacant 2,000 SF space at The Park Shops at Andrea Lane into a new full-service banking location in just 12 weeks, all while surrounding tenants remained operational.

The new branch features a concierge desk, client lounge with a coffee bar, offices, conference room, and a break area.

Our Special Projects team recently completed a 1,200 SF shell buildout and tenant improvement for NV Realty at Founder’s Square in Babcock Ranch!

Completed in just nine weeks, the project transformed an existing shell space into a polished, functional office featuring high-end finishes, thoughtful space planning, and efficient use of the available footprint.

The project was successfully delivered, and the NV Realty team is now moved in and enjoying their space.

Another success project completed and turned over to a happy client!
