Construction is underway on a major expansion for Elite Metal Finishing in Orlando! 🔨

Elite Metal Finishing provides specialized metal finishing services for the aerospace, defense, and industrial industries. The 26,349-square-foot addition will expand its campus to 45,806 square feet, adding new manufacturing and production areas, warehouse and storage space, administrative offices, and employee support areas to accommodate continued growth.

Construction is taking place while the existing facility remains fully operational, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption to daily operations.

Back to school calls for a little extra caffeine!

Stevens Construction has completed two new Aroma Joe's Coffee shops in Southwest Florida — one in Port Charlotte and one in North Fort Myers.

Completed in under seven months, each 1,598-square-foot building features indoor and outdoor seating, an order counter, preparation area, restrooms and a drive-through.

Stop by for coffee and espresso drinks, flavor infusions, dirty sodas, signature AJ’s RUSH® energy drinks and all-day food offerings.

One of the many perks of working at Stevens Construction is our annual fishing tournament! 🎣

This year, the guys from our Fort Myers and Orlando offices enjoyed a night at Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa followed by a day on the water. From dinner Friday night to a full day of fishing on Saturday, it was a well-deserved break for a hardworking group.

Congratulations to this year’s tournament champions: Dan Adams, Jorge Ledesma, and Keith McCarthy!
