Some of the most meaningful projects are the ones that help shape the future while preserving the past.

We are proud to partner with Allstate Construction on the renovation of the University of West Georgia's historic Pafford Building, one of the signature buildings located on The Quad. As part of UWG’s ongoing campus enhancement initiative, this renovation is transforming classrooms and academic spaces to better support today's students, evolving programs, and modern teaching environments.

Our team is providing comprehensive interior and exterior painting services, helping restore and refresh the building while maintaining the character that has made it a campus landmark for generations.

We're especially honored to have served as the painting contractor for both major renovation projects completed on The Quad through this campus beautification effort. It's a privilege to play a role in preserving the spaces that have shaped so many students' experiences while helping prepare them for the next generation of learners.

Yesterday, we brought together our senior leaders and people leaders from across the company for our HCCU Leadership Essentials Workshop. The day focused on equipping our leaders with practical tools to grow stronger and more confident while reinforcing the responsibilities that come with leading people. From leadership fundamentals and employment law to ethical, fair, and respectful workplace practices, everything connected back to the values that define Harrison Contracting Company—leading with Image, taking Responsibility, working with Diligence, and maintaining Uncompromising standards in every interaction. Some of the best projects begin with a conversation.

Our partnership with Magnolia started in 2021 when our team completed the original front elevation repaint. During a recent site visit, we had the opportunity to reconnect with their team, evaluate how the coating system had performed over time, and discuss future goals for the facility.

What began as a conversation about a potential color refresh quickly evolved into something more. Starting with the office annex, the project expanded to include both sides of the main building before ultimately becoming a full exterior repaint designed to enhance the facility's appearance and protect the property for years to come.

Projects like this highlight the value of regular site visits, proactive planning, and strong customer relationships. By staying engaged and understanding our customers' long-term goals, we're able to help identify opportunities that support both the appearance and performance of their facilities.

A refreshed look for one of the Emerald Coast's beautiful communities.

Our Destin team recently completed an exterior repaint at Fairmont, a condominium and HOA community within Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

The project included 20 residential buildings, garages, the clubhouse, bridge wood, and a variety of exterior architectural elements - from wood siding and trim to soffits, railings, gutters, and garage doors. Using Sherwin-Williams Duration coatings, our team delivered a durable finish designed to stand up to the coastal environment while enhancing the community's appearance.

Successful projects aren't always defined by unexpected challenges - they're often defined by strong partnerships, thoughtful planning, and consistent ex*****on.

For nearly a year, our team has partnered with Garbutt Construction on the ongoing renovation of Fall Line Technical College, completing interior painting across classrooms, common spaces, and learning environments throughout four phases of work.

Projects like this are built on trust. Through close collaboration with the Garbutt Construction team and a shared commitment to quality, each phase has progressed smoothly while helping create refreshed spaces that will serve students, faculty, and staff for years to come.

Another successful project - another strong partnership!

Our team recently completed an interior repaint for Marsh Point Elementary School, refreshing classrooms, corridors, the cafeteria, and gymnasium while coordinating alongside the flooring crews throughout the project.

Projects like these are all about teamwork. Through clear communication and collaboration between trades, our crews kept the project moving smoothly while ensuring every space was left clean and ready for the next phase of work.

Every facility has a purpose, and we're proud to partner with organizations whose work helps keep critical industries moving forward.

Our team recently had the opportunity to support Paligen Technologies with a comprehensive exterior refresh at their North Texas facility. From pressure washing and surface preparation to repairs, priming, and finish coats, every phase of the project was completed with a focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.

We understand that projects like these are about more than improving appearance. They're about protecting assets, supporting ongoing operations, and delivering results our customers can rely on for years to come.
