We took a garage addition and turned it into a bedroom + bath for our client’s college student 🤠

We installed a plumbing line, a water heater, moved the a/c unit and tv, we built a new tile shower with niche, installed a new vanity and countertop, toilet, and hardware + plumbing accessories. New paint and installed the LVP back for our client.

We love how this one turned out!

We demo’d the existing, full interior gut, and began new electrical routing, new hvac, new plumbing, framing for new walls, sheetrock, paint, new LVP flooring throughout. New bathroom with tile flooring and half wall tile, new drink cooler system, new cabinetry system with quartz countertops.

New Screened-in Covered Deck with attached Sun Deck 😎

(You may recognize this one, if you see the deck to the left in the photos, we just finished that one up too)

The screened deck has a tongue and groove ceiling, ceiling fans and has screen doors for easy access to the sun. Metal posts with wood boards. This one is ready to enjoy! Will be ready for stain or paint soon.

Just in time to enjoy all summer! 😎

We finished up adding on a covered roof to this patio after extending the concrete earlier this week! We installed outlets, a ceiling fan and some trendy string lighting! Installed gutter system and mini retaining wall.
