Qualifying project rewards are $50 for a $500–$2,499 job; $100 for $2,500–$4,999; $200 for $5,000–$9,999; and $200 plus 1% of the entire gross signed contract amount for $10,000 or more. For example, a $10,000 contract would earn $300.

Scope describes the work: what stays, what changes, and which areas are affected. Selections describe the products and finishes chosen within that work. Discussing both helps the owner and contractor understand the same project before an estimate is finalized.
