❄️ NEW HEAT PUMP INSTALL 🔥

Big upgrade for this home! This house was built in the 1950s and had never had central A/C, so this wasn’t your typical equipment change-out.

We completed a full HVAC cut-in from the ground up, including new ductwork throughout the home, a new heat pump package unit, electrical, thermostat, and everything needed to bring central heating and cooling into the house for the first time.

There’s something satisfying about taking an older home that has gone decades without A/C and giving it a complete modern comfort system. Now this family is ready for cooler summers and warmer winters. 🙌

It’s all part of the process. This customer has never had AC in this home. We are doing a fall install. Package unit ducting electrical. This is phase 1 of the project and it’s coming out so good. Stay tuned for the rest of the install.

🔥 A/C RESURRECTION 🔥

This system was originally scheduled for routine maintenance—but we quickly found it was completely out of refrigerant 😬

After performing a full leak test, we identified the issue:
✔️ Loose service valves
✔️ Failed Schrader valves

We repaired the leaks, pulled a deep vacuum to remove moisture and contaminants, and recharged the system with fresh refrigerant.

✅ System is now running strong
✅ Pressures dialed in
✅ Cooling performance restored
