Thereā€™s no single list of ā€œmust-haveā€ options because the right upgrades depend entirely on how you plan to use your building.

That said, there are a few we see customers choose again and again: insulation, roll-up doors, walk doors and windows, covered porches or lean-tos, ventilation, gutters and downspouts, and plumbing or electrical rough-ins for future use.

Our advice? Think beyond how youā€™ll use the building today.

Some options are easy to add later. Others are much easierā€”and often less expensiveā€”to incorporate while weā€™re already building.

Thatā€™s why we spend time talking about how youā€™ll use the space, what might change down the road, and where it makes sense to spend your budget now.
