NOW HIRING: PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Citi Cash Pest & Termite is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing team!
Commission-based earning potential: $40,000–$55,000 per year
An active Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control license is preferred, but training and licensing assistance are available for the right person.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Communicates professionally with customers
• Can identify customer needs and recommend additional services
• Is dependable, punctual and self-motivated
• Can independently manage a daily service route
• Is comfortable using an iPad and mobile apps
• Accurately documents services and chemical usage
• Can work outdoors, in the heat, in attics and in crawl spaces
• Can safely lift and carry equipment and chemical containers
• Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Driving record that meets our insurance requirements
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Background check required
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Texas pest-control license
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
Pest-control experience is preferred, but character, dependability and customer service are just as important. We are willing to train someone who is ready to learn, work hard and build a career with a third-generation family business.
